Organic Star Valley Decaf
Cream, wafer, nut. A Mountain Water Process decaf from Wonderstate, grown by the San Fernando Cooperative. The caffeine comes out with water, not chemical solvents, and 99.9 percent of it is gone by the end.
It tastes like coffee rather than a substitute for it: creamy body, a nutty middle, a light wafer sweetness. Good as the evening cup or the second afternoon pot.
