About Small Hours

For the small hours.

Small Hours is named for the moments it exists to serve. The 5:30 a.m. quiet before anyone else is up. The midnight oil. The first cup you pour while the world still belongs to you. It is within those small hours where the magic happens. If you know those hours, this shop was built for you.

How it started. I was a barista first. I loved almost every minute of it: the craft, the regulars, the small hospitality of a drink made with care. The paycheck was the part I couldn't love, so I left the bar and built a career in marketing, creating newsletters, websites, and content that sold other people's products very, very well.

What we believe. We chase the top 1% in coffee and the top 1% in hospitality, and we hold both with an open door. No pretension, no gatekeeping. Your Breville is welcome here. Your dark roast is welcome here. The best cup of coffee is the one you enjoy; our job is helping you make it with purpose.
