Plum, dried fruit, milk chocolate. An Ethiopia blend from Wonderstate Coffee that combines washed and natural process lots. The washed side keeps the cup clean; the naturals bring dried fruit and a plummy depth a single lot wouldn't have.

It's a filter coffee at heart. Start with our brew ratio guide and adjust from there. The dried fruit gets louder as the cup cools.
