Lake Toba Caldera - Sumatra
Dark chocolate, pine, brown sugar.
A wet-hulled coffee grown between 1200 and 1600 masl around Sumatra's Lake Toba caldera. Wet-hulling is Sumatra's signature process, and it shows: earthy, chocolatey, heavy-bodied, with pine where other coffees put citrus. Old-school Sumatra, done cleanly.
It runs well as filter or espresso. For filter, start with our brew ratio guide. If you want bright and fruity, this isn't it.
