Turin Gallatin V HX Espresso Machine
The heat-exchanger route to brewing and steaming at the same time: a 2-liter HX boiler, an E61 thermosiphon group, and PID temperature control, in the same mirror-finish stainless body as its bigger siblings.
It runs a vibratory pump from a 1.7 L tank and is direct-connect capable, though with a vibratory pump the tank is the everyday recommendation. Adjustable pre-infusion, a semi-automatic brew lever, an economy mode, and a 3-hole steam tip for milk texture round it out.
