Turin DF83 Gen 2 Single Dose Grinder
83 mm burrs at a price where 64 mm is the norm. The DF83 Gen 2 is a fixed-speed single-doser with red titanium flat espresso burrs and a four-post, spring-loaded burr carrier that holds alignment between the upper and lower burrs.
It's an espresso-first grinder that swings to drip and French press without complaint, with retention under 0.1 g once the bellows do their push. It weighs 24 pounds, which on a grinder is a feature, not a flaw.
