Turin DF64 SSP Unimodal (Multi Purpose) Burr Set Upgrade
SSP's 64 mm Unimodal multipurpose burrs, the clarity upgrade for the DF64 platform. The geometry is built for flavor separation: best with light roasts and fruity naturals, where acidity starts tasting like fruit instead of a flaw. Not recommended for dark roasts.
Designed first as brew burrs; the current version 2 pulls clean espresso as well. Tool steel with a Red Speed TiAlCN coating rated for roughly 10,000 pounds of coffee, which is a lifetime of home grinding.

Free US shipping on orders over $70. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $15. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so orders with more than one brand can arrive in separate boxes.
