Timemore x Millab M01 Hand Grinder
The M01 is Timemore's flagship hand grinder, built with Millab around a 44 mm conical burr set cut to flat-burr consistency. At its tightest setting the burr gap holds to 0.0725 mm, the most precise Timemore has shipped, and the external dial changes coarseness in positive clicks without opening the grinder.
It costs a lot for something you crank by hand. The case for it over a good $100 hand grinder is uniformity at fine settings and bearings you can feel the difference in; the case against is that your arm still does the work.
