Swap burrs for the Sculptor 064 and 078 grinders, co-developed with Grindinglabs. This is how one Sculptor becomes two grinders: turbo burrs when you want pour-over clarity, flat S burrs when the same machine pulls espresso duty.
Check your model before ordering; 064 and 078 burrs do not interchange.
