Timemore's single-dose electric grinder, in two burr sizes and two burr styles. The 064S and 078S flat burrs handle espresso and pour-over both; the 078 turbo burrs are pour-over specialists, with a three-layer tooth design that keeps fines down.

The parts that make it pleasant to live with: a brushless motor with PID control, a rotary knocker to help clear residual grounds from the spout, and a magnetic bean lid that helps reduce bean hopping. For single-dose grinding, weigh and load each portion into the hopper, which holds approximately 30 g of beans.
