Timemore Sculptor Electric Grinder
Timemore's single-dose electric grinder, in two burr sizes and two burr styles. The 064S and 078S flat burrs handle espresso and pour-over both; the 078 turbo burrs are pour-over specialists, with a three-layer tooth design that keeps fines down.
The parts that make it pleasant to live with: a brushless motor with PID control that does not shudder under load, a rotary knocker that clears stuck grounds from the spout, and a magnetic bean lid that stops beans from hopping out. Single-dose means no hopper; you weigh in every dose.
