Timemore Chestnut C3 Hand Grinder — Stone White
The C3 is the entry point to Timemore's hand grinders that still grinds like the expensive ones: 38 mm CNC-cut stainless steel burrs on a dual-bearing shaft, inside a one-piece aluminum body. Ninety clicks of adjustment run from espresso-fine to French-press coarse.
It holds 30 g, enough for a big pour-over or two shots' worth, and packs small enough for travel. The Stone White finish suits a pale bar. Take the XL catch cup version if you often brew for two.
