A decaf from Tolima, Colombia, grown between 1400 and 1800 masl and processed with sugar-cane EA — a method that takes the caffeine out and leaves the sweetness alone. Airship calls it the best decaf they've ever found. We stock it because we agree.
Drink it at 9pm. Serve it after dinner without an asterisk. Brown sugar and toffee up front, plum underneath — nobody at the table will guess it's decaf.
