Milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and low acidity. Brioso's house blend and the coffee on batch brew in its Columbus cafes: a Costa Rica component for toffee sweetness and a little citrus, with a darker roasted Guatemala Huehuetenango underneath for nutty depth.

This is the crowd-pleaser. It is built to take cream and sugar without disappearing, and it is just as good black. What it is not is exciting: no big fruit, no funk. If you want that, look at Alto El Vapor or Las Lajas Perla Negra.
