El Zapote Pacamara Washed - Guatemala
Mandarin, cocoa, vanilla.
The second coffee we carry from Finca El Zapote: a washed Pacamara grown at 1800 masl. Julio Perez is one of Airship's longest-standing farming partners and a skilled agronomist, and this lot shows the discipline — super clean, nothing out of place.
Where the Gesha from the same farm leads with florals, the Pacamara is rounder: mandarin brightness over cocoa and vanilla. The easier-going side of a serious farm.
