Grape, orange marmalade, and a bright, juicy acidity. An anaerobic natural Catuai from Alto El Vapor, one of the highest farms and micromills in Tarrazú, Costa Rica.

The farm is woman-owned and specializes in natural, honey, and anaerobic processing, and the care shows: this is a loud, fruit-forward coffee that still tastes clean. That intensity makes it a poor fit for milk, or for anyone who wants a quiet morning cup. It also costs more than the rest of the Brioso lineup, because it is a small lot from a very high farm.
