Orange, nectarine, and dark chocolate over a mellow, sugary sweetness: a washed Colombian roasted medium, smooth enough for milk drinks and bright enough for pour-over.
Named for John Coltrane and roasted in Oakland. The coffee comes from a group of farmers united by shared community values, whose trust in each other lets them align cultivation and processing across farms, which is where the consistency in the cup comes from.
