Crisp cherry, brown sugar, green apple. A washed Red Bourbon from Humure in eastern Rwanda, roasted medium. Cherry on the front, brown sugar in the middle, green apple on the finish.

Named for Barry Jenkins, the director behind Moonlight and If Beale Street Could Talk. Like his films, it is layered and rewards a slow second look. This is the fruit-forward pick in the lineup without tipping into sour.

Best as a filter coffee. Start with our brew ratio guide. The fruit gets louder as it cools.
