SAKI Baristan Gooseneck Kettle
SAKI's electric gooseneck kettle. One liter, 1200 watts, set anywhere from 104 to 212°F and held within a degree. Keep-warm holds your set temperature for up to 60 minutes, and a built-in stopwatch times the brew.
Honest context: at $150 it sits in the same bracket as the Fellow and Bonavita kettles we stock. The case for the Baristan is full-liter capacity and a plastic-free stainless interior. If you already own a good temperature-control kettle, this is a sideways move, not an upgrade.
