A gravity distributor: set it on the basket, spin, and its own weight levels the coffee bed to a consistent depth before tamping. A magnetically held polishing cloth on the underside smooths the surface as it turns, so the top of the puck comes out flat instead of scored.
It replaces the leveling step, not the stirring step; use a WDT tool first to break clumps, then this to flatten, then tamp. 58 mm only. Buy the distributor alone or the UFO set with the matching WDT tool and tamper.
