The big-burr flagship of the DF platform: 83 mm burrs driven by a 680 W brushless motor with speeds from 300 to 1,600 RPM. Big burrs at low RPM is the recipe for cool, consistent grinding, and the horizontal architecture keeps retention down.

The v3 revision adds a built-in chute knocker, a narrower pre-breaker auger that feeds beans evenly and resists clogging at low speeds, and a four-rod outer burr carrier for alignment stability. SSP burr options ship in the box, uninstalled.
