Turin Legato V2 Espresso Machine

The V2 revision adds an adjustable OPV screw for pressure tuning and fully adjustable pre-infusion, both time and delay. The 58 mm portafilter means the entire accessory world fits, and programmable shot timers cover the consistency work when you don't feel like doing it manually.
