Turin Gallatin DB Dual Boiler Espresso Machine
A dual boiler with the full prosumer checklist: independent PID control for brew and steam, an Italian-made rotary pump, an E61 thermosiphon group, programmable pre-infusion, and a manual flow-control paddle on the group for profiling shots by feel.
It runs from the 1.7 L tank or plumbs directly into a water line, switchable with a manual valve, in a mirror-finish stainless body with a semi-automatic brew lever. Use softened water; the machine will outlast anyone who doesn't.
