Turin Legato V2 Espresso Machine
The value pick for a first serious espresso machine: a dedicated brew boiler for shot stability plus a thermoblock for steam, so you can brew and steam without the wait that single-boiler machines impose. Dual PID control sets brew and steam temperatures independently.
The V2 revision adds an adjustable OPV screw for pressure tuning and fully adjustable pre-infusion, both time and delay. The 58 mm portafilter means the entire accessory world fits, and programmable shot timers cover the consistency work when you don't feel like doing it manually.
