Triple Double
Strawberry, cherry, lime. The natural-process sibling of Double Double, from the same farms in Andes, Antioquia, roasted light to medium. The fruit is loud and the finish stays clean.
This is a development lot: a low-risk way for young producers to try new processing and find out what their coffee can do. The answer here is a lot. Expect ripe strawberry up front and a lime snap at the end.
Brew it as filter. Pour-over or AeroPress shows the fruit best. Start with our brew ratio guide and pull the ratio slightly wider if it reads too intense.
