A modern take on the classic Moka Java. Colombian coffee carries the dark chocolate weight, and a seasonal Ethiopian lot adds strawberry and a syrupy vanilla sweetness on top. Both washed.

Dark roast with more going on than most. Works as espresso, French press or drip.
