Green apple, strawberry, brown sugar. A limited-edition blend of experimental natural Rwanda and washed Colombia, roasted medium. Bright, layered, and a little funky in the best way.
It marks 25 years of Stankonia, the album that put Atlanta at the center of hip-hop and refused to sound like anything before it. The coffee follows the same brief: familiar enough to drink every day, strange enough to notice.
Works as drip, pour-over, or espresso. As espresso the strawberry comes forward. As filter, the green apple leads. This is a limited run and will not be restocked once the roaster is out.
