Cold steeping flattens delicate coffees; it flatters this one. Grind coarse, steep 12 to 18 hours in the fridge, and you get a concentrate that tastes like chocolate rather than like wet cardboard. Hot, it is a rich, uncomplicated dark cup. Anyone who has ever said they do not like fruity coffee will like this.
