A limited release from Greater Goods Roasting: a washed Costa Rican grown at 1,900 meters on the Macho farm in León Cortés, Tarrazú, where slow ripening builds sweetness and keeps the cup clean. Bright but composed, with baked-apple sweetness and a honeycomb finish.
