Puro Caff Espresso Machine Cleaner
Backflush powder for espresso machines. Coffee oils build up in the group, the screen, and the valves, and a dirty machine makes dirty-tasting coffee. Puro Caff strips the buildup so the machine tastes like the coffee again.
Backflush per the label directions, soak portafilters (not the handles) in a solution of very hot water and Puro, and rinse groups and portafilters thoroughly. Re-season the machine and portafilters by making and dumping a few shots before you serve one.
