Peru Churupampa
Lime, grape, and brown sugar. A washed coffee from Finca Churupampa in Cajamarca, roasted light enough that the lime stays lime.
The Tocto brothers took the farm over from their parents and turned it into a training center and export service for 215 neighboring farms, moving the district from subsistence coffee toward quality. Grown at 1,600 to 1,900 meters. It is a clean, citrus-forward filter coffee; it is not a milk-drink coffee.
