The Lopez family has run Los Papales for more than a century and mills the coffee on the estate, wet and dry, to keep quality control in the family. Grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters, Rainforest Alliance certified. The tamarind note gives it a tart, savory edge that is unusual for Central America. One size only, 12 oz.
