Mexico Decaf

Graham cracker, malty sweetness, mild fruit. A single origin Mexican coffee decaffeinated with the Mountain Water Process, which uses water and no chemical solvents to pull the caffeine out.

Water-process decaf tends to keep a coffee's sweetness and body while losing some of its top-end brightness, and that is what happens here: mellow, easy, and sweet, not a coffee that will surprise you. It takes milk well and does not turn bitter as it cools.

Brew it like any medium roast. Decaf beans look darker than they taste, so do not grind coarser just because the beans look dark.
