Medium Roast Profile
Mineral sticks that turn distilled or RO water into brewing water tuned for medium roasts: caramel sweetness, chocolate undertones, less bitterness. This is also the profile behind Calibrated Water™ — the SCA-standard water used in professional cupping protocols — which is a long way of saying it's the reference water the industry tastes coffee with.
One stick into the jug, shake, brew. Works with any brewer, drip machine or manual.
Ingredients: magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, potassium bicarbonate.
Boxes come three ways: 1-gallon sticks (a box makes 12 gallons), 5-gallon sticks (60 gallons), and 2-liter sticks (40 liters — effectively half strength per gallon, for people who prefer softer water). Water containers and brewers in the photos are for reference and not included.
Shipping & returns
Free US shipping on orders over $70. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $15. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so orders with more than one brand can arrive in separate boxes.
