MAHLKÖNIG E65W GBS

The Mahlkönig E65W GbS is a commercial espresso grinder with weight-based dosing and 65 mm special steel burrs. Electronic grind adjustment gives you control at the grinder, with automatic brew-time adjustments available through a supported Sync connection.

Grinding and dosing

• Built-in precision weighing for real-time dose control.
• Electronic burr adjustment and Disc Distance Detection for repeatable grind settings.
• Portafilter detection and an adjustable, illuminated spout.

Sync compatibility

The grinder can operate independently of a connected espresso machine. For automatic brew-time feedback, choose a supported Sync connection:

• La Marzocco via Wi-Fi: Strada S, KB90, Linea PB, Linea PB X, Linea Classic S, GB5 S, or GB5 X in AV or ABR configurations.
• Sanremo via a compatible USB cable: Café Racer, F18 Multiboiler, F18 SB, D8 PRO, or D8 standard.
• Other espresso machines: a separate Mahlkönig Sync Scale can provide brew-time feedback over Wi-Fi.
