A robusta from Lâm Dông, Vietnam, processed black honey and roasted dark and bold by Greater Goods in Austin. Robusta gets dismissed as filler; this limited lot is the counterargument — dense, sweet, and unapologetically strong.
Built for phin brewing and cà phê sữa đá, where it meets condensed milk as an equal. It also suits espresso — dial in a new bag before you judge it. Not the bag for fans of delicate washed coffees, and it doesn't apologize for that.
