Ichigo takes its name from ichi go ichi e, the idea that every moment happens once. Each release is a first-harvest Okumidori blend from Uji, and each batch shifts a little in character. High sweetness, gentle umami, a pronounced aroma, and a smooth finish.

Whisk it hot or shake it cold, with or without milk.
