The white version of Hario's brew-bar scale: 0.1 g resolution, a built-in brew timer, and a low footprint shaped so a dripper and server sit on it without wobble. Weighs up to 2,000 g, and pairs with the Hario Drip Station if you run one.

Same honest caveat as the black one: the display refreshes slower than newer scales. That's irrelevant for pour-over, where your pours are slower than the lag, and the wrong tool for espresso, where a late readout stops shots late.
