Fruit forward but balanced: a natural-process Guatemalan that brings ripe-fruit sweetness without tipping into funk. If naturals usually read as too much for you, this is the tempered version.
Grown by smallholder members of the FECCEG cooperative in the western highlands and processed in Joyabaj, Quiché, at a wet mill the cooperative launched in 2021. Organic farming practices, with Fairtrade premiums reinvested in the member farms.
