A natural-process Brazil from smallholder farms in Minas Gerais. Greater Goods has the coffee profiled to their spec at origin and calibrates it on the cupping table each year, so the cup stays consistent season to season.
Brazilian coffee is about as crowd-pleasing as it gets. Rich, full bodied, no sharp edges. This is one of the roaster's most popular coffees for that reason.
