A natural-process Ethiopian from Sidama, which means berries and jammy sweetness up front where a washed coffee would put citrus. The fruit-forward cup of this rotation.

It comes from the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, an 80,000-farmer cooperative working since 2001. Nearly everything they produce is washed; the small natural-process share is the interesting part, and this lot is why.
