Espresso Machine Profile

Mineral sticks that turn distilled or RO water into proper espresso water. This profile is built for machines: no corrosive chlorides, no scale-forming hardness to shorten your boiler's life, and an SCA-standard mineral balance that pulls a sweeter, more complete extraction with better crema. One stick into the jug, shake, fill the reservoir.

Water is the quiet variable in every shot — if the taste keeps drifting no matter how carefully you dial in, start here. Works for pour-over too.

Ingredients: magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, potassium bicarbonate.

Boxes come three ways: 1-gallon sticks (a box makes 12 gallons), 5-gallon sticks (60 gallons), and 2-liter sticks (40 liters — effectively half strength per gallon, for people who prefer softer water). Water containers in the photos are for reference and not included.
