Brown sugar, light cherry. A washed Colombia from the high farms of Andes and Montebello in Antioquia, grown between 1,800 and 2,000 meters and roasted medium. Built for espresso, smooth enough for drip.

The name is a promise: double the flavor, double the purpose. This lot comes through a program that helps young Colombian farmers build their own brands and sell abroad. You get a sweet, forgiving espresso. They get a shot at a future in coffee.

Dial in around a 1:2 ratio and you will land on brown sugar quickly. For the natural-process version of the same farms, see Triple Double.
