Mineral sticks that turn distilled or RO water into brewing water tuned for dark roasts — it takes the harsh edge off the bitterness and leaves the chocolate, nut, and caramelized-sugar depth that made you buy the bag. One stick into the jug, shake, brew.
Works with any brewer: drip machine, pour-over, French press, all of it.
Ingredients: magnesium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium citrate.
Boxes come three ways: 1-gallon sticks (a box makes 12 gallons), 5-gallon sticks (60 gallons), and 2-liter sticks (40 liters — effectively half strength per gallon, for people who prefer softer water). Water containers and brewers in the photos are for reference and not included.
Shipping & returns
Free US shipping on orders over $70. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $15. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so orders with more than one brand can arrive in separate boxes.
