Greater Goods Roasting's Connection, blended in Austin specifically for cold brew. Colombian and Brazilian beans, roasted medium-dark for high sweetness and low acidity — the combination that keeps a long, cold steep from turning muddy or sour.
Steep it overnight and drink it black, or with oat milk and honey; both work. Cold brew forgives technique but not proportions, so start from our brew ratio guide.
