A distributor that levels the bed with a four-prong cross instead of a full disc, so less metal touches the coffee and less coffee sticks to the tool. Depth adjusts from 4 to 14 mm on an engraved side scale, so once you find the setting for your dose you can set it again in a second.
Walnut cone grip over a 304 stainless base; the volcano shape gives your palm something to push against. Use it after a WDT stir and before the tamp. 58 mm only.
