El Bombo was founded by a third-generation producer to get member farms better prices; members across Huila, Caqueta, Cauca, and Narino are organic certified, and the co-op helped build mills where farmers turn their sugarcane into panela. Pink Bourbon is a variety people chase for its sweetness and clarity, and this lot delivers both. Special release; when it is gone, it is gone.
