Cold Brew Profile
Mineral sticks that turn distilled or RO water into water built for cold brew. The bicarbonate-heavy mix buffers acidity, so the cup lands where cold brew should: chocolate, molasses, heavy body, smooth finish. Use it to brew from scratch or to dilute a concentrate — it earns its keep both ways.

Ingredients: magnesium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate.
Boxes come three ways: 1-gallon sticks (a box makes 12 gallons), 5-gallon sticks (60 gallons), and 2-liter sticks (40 liters — effectively half strength per gallon, for people who prefer softer water).
Shipping & returns
Free US shipping on orders over $70. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $15. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so orders with more than one brand can arrive in separate boxes.
