A single-dosing station: fourteen glass tubes in a weighted base of aluminum, 304 stainless, and UV-blocking acrylic, sealed with a metal one-way valve cap that vents CO2 and keeps air out. Portion a fresh bag into doses once, then grind one tube at a time.

The base weighs about 850 g, so it stays put on the counter. Small tubes suit a single-shot dose, large tubes a double. It preserves fresh coffee; it does not revive stale coffee, so fill it the week the bag arrives.
