Classic Light Roast Profile
Mineral sticks that turn distilled or RO water into brewing water tuned for light roasts — the balance that lets brightness, acidity, and the delicate tasting notes survive the brew instead of going muted. Meets SCA water standards. One stick into the jug, shake, brew.
Works with any brewer, drip machine or manual. If your light roasts taste great at the café and flat at home, the water is usually why.
Ingredients: magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, sodium chloride.
Boxes come three ways: 1-gallon sticks (a box makes 12 gallons), 5-gallon sticks (60 gallons), and 2-liter sticks (40 liters — effectively half strength per gallon, for people who prefer softer water). Water containers and brewers in the photos are for reference and not included.
Shipping & returns
Free US shipping on orders over $70. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $15. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so orders with more than one brand can arrive in separate boxes.
