For our first collaboration with the world-renowned Ratnagiri Estate, we cherry picked best-in-class of beans to develop our lightest roast. This pristine coffee offers a truly remarkable experience, showcasing the unique terroir and meticulous cultivation that makes Ratnagiri a global leader in specialty coffee. The natural anaerobic fermentation process locks layered flavors inside the bean which our medium-light roasting technique then delicately highlights for wine-like complexity.
